2. Installpath is set wrong, likely due to user installing twice, once to each drive? Opening

1. \Hes\Common\ACSIZEFL.TXT is corrupted or missing

2. Install path is set wrong, likely due to user installing twice, once to each drive?
Solution:

1. Copy a new (yours?) ACSIZEFL.TXT into user common folder

2. REGEDIT and drive to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HYDRATEC\VER50\ Key. Find "InstallPath" on right and change to drive letter software is actually used on
