A very small percentage of users are getting this error with *NEW* installs created after January 2017. Not just HydraCAD installs, but other updates created after Jan 2017 with the new InstallShield Unknown solution... [GAB 6/06/17] Customer (Win 7 Pro) got errors on temp files - turned PC off and copied update file from network to local drive. Right click and "Run as Administrator" - Got NO errors. [WHM-06/20/17]
