Description:

Generic Model template not found. Please select it.

Solutions:

Cause:

Incomplete or corrupted install.  Or inadvertant file move or delete.  Generic Model.rft  file needs to be in the C:\HES\Hydratec for Revit\Data\Families\20xx    folder where xx denotes the version of Revit (17,18,19, etc.)
Solution:

Reinstall Hydratec for Revit    -or-

Copy that file  (Generic Model.rft)  from one of the older version folders to the current version folder.
