Description:

Possibly due to changed or stricter UAC properties Run-time Error 339 339 n/a

Solutions:

Cause:

Double clicking the icon gives the error message about Run-time Error 339, one or more dependencies for COMDLG32.OCX is missing.
Solution:

Right-click the HydraLIST icon then select 'run as administrator'. This should allow access into the program. It will then allow the user to open HydraLIST normally. [GAB 23 Apr 19]
