Cause:

European customers seem to have this problem when installing HydraCalc v50 on a new computer, where HydraCalc v41 never resided.

Solution:

Install HydraCalc v41 onto the computer, do not install the Niakwa Gold Key. alternate: install an old HydraVIEW (in this case HydraVIEW 50.13), then install the latest HydraVIEW from the website).
