APQ block is not in the block table
Solution:

Although the command is supposed to check for the APQ block and insert it if necessary, this only happens on a very small percentage of computers. To avoid the error, BEFORE Figure Head Area is run, insert a flowing hose block somewhere on the drawing then erase it. Try to run FHA again.
