HcadBrilliant.dll is not loading properly. To see it go off again, try typing Netload at the command prompt and load HcadBrilliant.
Solution:

In the 50.2 folder, they are missing the Autotagging_50_1.arx or some other arx file that is a vital dependency of Brilliant. Or the files they have in that folder are 32 bit version on a 64 bit install of cad 2010 or vica versa. uninstall object enablers
