Button: Add New Authorization

Description:

In HydraKEY, the "Authorization Number" is displaying a number that is not yours or you are receiving software that is not yours, and failing to Renew your own Authorization Number, or get your own software.  In the HAM log, visible only to Hydratec Employees, the Authorization number is being used on machines at different companies.

Cause:

This Machine's hardware is very standard and shares a machine ID with another machine somewhere. 

Solution:

Update HydraKEY to the newest version (2023.09.09 or after): https://hydrakey-public.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/HydraKeyInstall.exe  or in hydraKEY hit the button 
Then via email, request a Re-activation from hydratec, inc: support@hydracad.com
Supply your name, company name, the erroneous authorization number that is showing up in HydraKEY and your proper Authorization Number if you know it.

In HydraKEY, hit "Add New Authorization" and use the Activation Code sent to you by Hydratec.  

When asked if you would like to overwrite the existing "Long Term Authorization", select "Yes".

You should now have your own Authorization and it will continue renew itself properly.
